4. Custom Size Guidelines

Custom rugs are manufactured based on the dimensions provided by the customer.

Please Note:

  • Slight size variations may occur due to handmade or manufacturing processes.
  • Measurements should be provided accurately in feet, inches, centimeters, or meters.
  • We recommend allowing small measurement margins while placing orders.

Loomra Rugs is not liable for incorrect sizing provided by customers.


5. Color & Design Variations

Due to:

  • Lighting conditions
  • Material textures
  • Handcrafted production methods

actual colors and textures may vary slightly from:

  • Website images
  • Digital previews
  • Sample references

Minor variations are considered normal and are not treated as defects.


6. Processing & Production Time

Custom orders require dedicated production time.

Estimated Processing Time:

  • Standard custom rugs: 5–7 business days
  • Complex or bulk custom orders: Additional time may apply

Production timelines may vary depending on:

  • Design complexity
  • Material availability
  • Order volume
  • Customization requirements

Customers will be informed of estimated completion timelines during order confirmation.


7. Payment Terms for Custom Orders

Custom orders may require:

  • Full advance payment, or
  • Partial advance confirmation payment

Production for customized products will begin only after payment confirmation.

Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the custom request.


8. Cancellation Policy for Custom Orders

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Because customized rugs are specially manufactured for individual customers, cancellation requests after approval and production initiation will not be accepted.


9. Return & Refund Policy for Custom Orders

Custom-made and personalized rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • A verified manufacturing defect is identified

Customers must report any manufacturing defects within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images/videos.

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • Store credit
